After-school Play Time

Now that we've got this blog, I feel compelled to snap pictures at random. The kids are just plain silly sometimes. I guess it won't hurt to have all the extra pics around for my scrapbooking addiction as well!

Warm Weather Fun

Finally some warm weather for the kids to play outside! Joel loves his ATV that Santa brought him. He's actually a very good driver, but sometimes he likes to "hot-shot" (power slides, high-speed chases, etc...) Hanna likes to have her turn too, but we have to really watch her because she sometimes crawls up on it (Joel having lost interest for a moment!) and SITS on the gas pedal! It's scary and hilarious at the same time. Thank goodness we're always close by for the rescue! It's going to be a wild summer 'round here!

No more "cooking her marbles"

Grandma Kenagy passed away last week (April 12) after a long year without Grandpa (he died last May). My sister-in-law, Wendy, met her before Andy and I were married. When she entered Gma's kitchen, Gma said, "Don't mind me, I'm just cooking my marbles!" (making tapioca pudding) Wendy and I laugh about that to this day. Well, we said goodbye to Grandma and now she can cook her marbles for Grandpa again. She will be missed.

Catching Up

These Easter pictures are way too cute to leave off. We visited both grandparents' homes, had a party at an Aunt's house, and of course, we celebrated at home. Hanna and Joel had a great time, despite allergies/mild colds.

I'm new at this!
